Get to the Slopes Without the Stress

The mountains are calling — but getting there should not involve navigating icy roads, overcrowded
park-and-ride lots, or waiting for a shared shuttle with strangers. The Driver Provider’s private ski shuttle
service connects you door-to-resort in comfort, warmth, and style. Whether you are flying into Salt Lake
City for a Park City weekend or spending the season in Jackson Hole, we handle the drive.

We work in partnership with many of the region’s leading resorts, hotels, events, and organizations to
provide seamless ski transportation. Our Wyoming operation connects Jackson Hole Airport to Teton
Village and the surrounding ski areas. In Utah, we connect Salt Lake City International to Park City, the
Cottonwood Canyon resorts, and beyond. Did you know you can fly into SLC and be on the slopes within
an hour?

Why Private Ski Shuttles Beat the Alternatives

Rideshares surge-price during ski season. Rental cars mean navigating canyon roads in snowstorm conditions, competing for limited mountain parking, and paying for a vehicle that sits unused while you ski. Shared shuttles mean waiting, detours, and strangers’ gear crowding your space.

A private ski shuttle means a vehicle reserved for your group, direct to your resort, with a professional
driver who knows the route in any conditions.

Our booking specialists will make sure you have the right vehicle type based on your guest count and
gear requirements.

Ski Shuttle Fleet

For ski transfers, the Chevrolet Suburban and Cadillac Escalade are popular for small gear-heavy groups, the Mercedes Sprinter handles larger ski parties, and the mini bus or 56-passenger coach is available for corporate ski groups and team trips.

Corporate Accounts and Billing

Corporate accounts can be set up with multiple users who have a full dashboard to manage transportation in cities across the world through one platform. We customize the setup, billing, and invoicing to the needs of each client. Invoices can be issued daily, weekly, or monthly. A dedicated Account Manager is assigned to each account to provide quick resources for any needs or troubleshooting.
We work with businesses to establish transportation programs that match their operational needs — whether that is a single recurring executive transfer or a managed program covering multiple employees and locations.

Frequently Asked Questions — Ski Shuttle

How early should I book a ski shuttle?

Ski season capacity fills quickly — particularly for peak holiday periods (Christmas, New Year, Presidents’
Day weekend, and spring break). We recommend booking your ski shuttles as soon as your trip is
confirmed. For single-vehicle transfers, a few weeks’ notice is usually sufficient; for larger group
bookings during peak periods, book as early as possible.

Yes. Our vehicles are selected with ski groups in mind and can accommodate ski bags and equipment.
For larger groups with significant gear, a Sprinter van or mini bus provides the most comfortable gear-
plus-passenger configuration. Please specify your equipment requirements when booking

Absolutely. We offer early morning pickups to get your group to the mountain for opening. Specify your
desired mountain arrival time when booking and we will schedule the pickup accordingly.

Our drivers monitor road conditions in real time and are experienced in canyon road operations in
winter weather. In the event of a road closure, we work with our clients to find the best available
alternative — whether that is a delayed departure, a route change, or a rescheduled transfer.
