Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Transfers
Professional, Punctual, Private
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is one of the ten busiest airports in the United
States and the primary air gateway to Arizona. It is the front door to a metropolitan area of over
five million people; a city of world-class resorts, major corporations, sporting franchises, and one of the fastest-growing business environments in the country.
The Driver Provider has been providing professional ground transportation to and from Sky Harbor since 1995, connecting
travellers with the Valley of the Sun in the comfort and style that this airport’s calibre demands.
Whether you are a Fortune 500 executive arriving for a board meeting in Scottsdale, a resort
guest checking in to one of Arizona’s finest properties, or a family returning home after a long journey, your Driver Provider chauffeur will be at arrivals — flight tracked, name board ready, and prepared to handle your luggage before you have finished scanning the terminal.
About Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
Phoenix Sky Harbor serves over 40 million passengers annually across three active terminals—Terminals 3 and 4 (Terminal 2 is permanently closed). Terminal 4 is the airport’s primary hub, handling the majority of commercial traffic, including American Airlines, which operates Sky Harbor as a major hub, and Southwest Airlines, one of the airport’s largest carriers by volume.
The airport sits approximately 3 miles east of downtown Phoenix, within 20–40 minutes of most Valley destinations under normal traffic conditions. Its central position in the metro makes it the natural origin or destination for most Arizona business and leisure travel.
Baggage Claim Meet & Greet: At the airport, the chauffeur will greet the guest(s) at the bottom of the escalators with a greeting sign. The sign typically displays the guest’s first and last name. We can text or call upon arrival if requested.
Direct Communication: Upon request, our chauffeurs can call or text the guest directly upon landing to coordinate the meeting point.
Real-Time Updates: We offer automated status alerts to keep clients informed of the chauffeur’s location and trip progress.
Curbside Pickup: The client should proceed outside to the designated curbside pickup area at the corresponding terminal for their arriving flight.
PHX Airport Procedures:
SUV/Sedan arrivals include a complimentary meet & greet service at baggage claim. The chauffeur will greet the guest(s) at the bottom of the escalators with a sign displaying the guest’s first and last name.
Any vehicle larger than an SUV for an airport arrival requires a dedicated flight greeter for baggage claim meet & greet service.
Curbside pickup is permitted at this airport.
