Booking Holiday Transportation — Plan Early
The December and New Year period is our highest demand window. We strongly recommend
booking holiday event transportation as early as possible — ideally by October for December
events, and even earlier for New Year’s Eve.
Holidays/Special Events
A minimum holiday surcharge of 25% of the base rate will be added on to the following:
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve -- There is a 6-hour minimum charge on New Year’s Eve (NYE only).
- New Year’s Day

How early should I book New Year's Eve transportation?
New Year’s Eve is the single most in-demand night of the year. We recommend booking as
early as September or October to guarantee vehicle availability. Bookings for NYE are taken on
a first-come, first-served basis.
Can you collect from multiple residential or office addresses?
Yes. Multi-point pickup routes are standard for holiday event transportation. Provide all pickup
addresses at booking and we will build an efficient route.
What happens after the event finishes?
Return transportation is included as part of your booking. Your chauffeur or designated return
driver will be staged near the venue at the agreed departure time to collect your group.
