Standard Meeting Procedure by Airport
- Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX): Baggage meet for sedan and SUV — complimentary. Vans, mini buses, and motor coaches will be curbside. Greeter service available for an additional $89.
- Tucson International (TUS): Baggage meet complimentary for all vehicles. Tucson Airport does not allow curbside pickup.
- Salt Lake City (SLC): Curbside pickup available for all vehicles. Baggage meet available for sedans and SUVs for an additional $25. Vans, mini buses, and motor coaches will be curbside. Greeter service available for an additional $89.
- Jackson Hole (JAC): Baggage meet complimentary for all vehicles. Curbside pickup is also permitted.

How far in advance should I book an airport transfer?
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts accordingly — there are no additional charges for flight delays. You will not be waiting at arrivals hoping your driver is still there.
Is there a waiting charge if my bags take longer than expected?
For commercial flight arrivals, we do not charge additional fees while waiting for the flight or its luggage. For standard pickups, a 15-minute grace period is provided. If guests are not ready to depart after this window, the booking transitions to hourly billing.
Do you offer shared airport shuttles?
The Driver Provider provides private airport transfers only. We do not operate shared shuttle services. Your vehicle is reserved exclusively for your party, ensuring a direct, private journey with no additional stops.
Can I book a return airport transfer at the same time?
Yes. We recommend booking both your arrival and departure transfers at the same time to guarantee vehicle availability, particularly during busy periods.
