Mini Bus — Up to 38 Passengers

Our mini buses are configured for comfortable group travel with forward-facing seating and luggage capacity. These vehicles have an executive style and feel — hardwood floors, leather interior, DVD players, PA systems, and luggage compartments in the rear. Ideal for mid-size groups — conference breakout sessions, wedding guest shuttles, corporate team outings, and sporting event transportation.

Full-Size Coach — Up to 50 Passengers

Our full-size coaches are built for larger groups requiring comfortable, extended travel. These vehicles also have an executive style and feel — hardwood floors, leather interior, DVD players, PA systems, undercarriage luggage and equipment storage, reclining seats, WiFi, and USB power outlets. They are the right choice for multi-day tours, large conference groups, and high-volume event shuttles.

Booking and Availability

Charter coach availability can be limited during peak periods — particularly summer and autumn in Arizona, and ski season in Utah and Wyoming. We recommend booking 4–6 months in advance to secure your preferred vehicles and dates.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. We accept payment by credit card, check, Venmo, and Zelle. The balance is due 10 days prior to your service date.

How far in advance should I book a charter coach?

We recommend booking 4–6 months in advance. For peak dates and larger group sizes, earlier is always better. Contact us as soon as your event dates are confirmed to check availability.

Can you handle groups larger than 50 passengers?

Yes. For groups exceeding our single-vehicle capacity, we deploy multiple vehicles in coordinated convoy or shuttle rotation. Through our affiliate network of over 1,200+ vehicles, we can scale to meet very large group needs. Contact us with your group size and we will build a solution.

Are your coaches ADA compliant?

ADA motor coaches are available upon request. The ADA motor coaches seat up to 2 wheelchairs at a time — one wheelchair occupies the space of 4 seats, so a coach carrying two wheelchairs seats up to 48 passengers. ADA vans are also available on request, seating one wheelchair passenger and one companion. Please speak to our booking team about your specific accessibility requirements.

What is included in the charter rate?

Our rates are generally all-inclusive of all fees, discretionary gratuity, fuel surcharge, and similar items. There are no additional taxes imposed on our services. For trips requiring hotel rooms, entrance fees, or other third-party costs, those items are outlined separately in your quote so there is full transparency on what is and is not included.

How are final rates calculated?

The total expense for service is an estimate based on the information available at the time of booking.
Final billing may vary if actual usage does not correspond with estimated usage, and cannot be
determined accurately until each trip is complete. Additional hours used will be billed accordingly.
Additional charges such as tolls and parking fees that cannot be calculated in advance may appear on
your invoice where applicable.
